เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2542 โดยผู้พัฒนามีจุดประสงค์ที่จำทำสถานที่แห่งนีเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเพื่อ
กระจายรายได้แก่ชุมชนบ้างโป่งกวาวนอกจากนั้นผู้พัฒนายังมีความตั้งใจที่จะทำให้น้ำพุร้อนโป่งกวาว
เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยงเชิงธรรมชาติที่สามารถให้ทุกคนมาเที่ยวในราคาสบายกระเป๋าอีกด้วย
The mouth of Pongkwao hot spring was found around 120 years ago by the hunter. This area was becoming to be travel attraction on the 2000s because the founders want to distribute incomes for Pongkwao Community; moreover, after Pongkwao Hotspring've become to be travel attraction, they have the main goal which is making every tourist happy with an affordable price when they visit Pongkwao hot spring.
